Our spacious studio allows for parties of 25+ participants to create comfortably.  We love to have fun and engage with our groups, which is why we enjoy hosting contests and prize drawings catered to your private event.  Are you ready to party? 


  • $100 deposit due upon scheduling 

  • $35 per guest

  • Minimum of 6 guests for private party

What is included:

  • 16 x 20" Canvas Painting (Acrylic)

  • 12x 12" Framed Wood Sign with Stencil Choice (Custom stencils are not available to late registrants)

  • 3 hours of friendly-paced instruction

Hosting Perks: 

  • Book 6 guests, receive one free ticket

  • Book 12 guests, receive two free tickets

  • Book 18 guests, receive three free tickets

Private Party Policies:  

  • Recommend scheduling of three weeks or more  in advance  (especially if custom designs will be requested and/ or hosting a large party)

  • Private events that require custom designs will need to be paid in full one week prior to your event.  This means that all of your guests must have their designs finalized and paid for before arriving to the studio.

  • Cancellation Policy (for the host): 

    • A 30-day cancellation notice is required for refunded deposits.

    • If host deposit is refunded, any pre-paid party guest registration fees will also be refunded to the guest.

  • Cancellation Policy (for the guest):

    • If a guest needs to cancel and provides 10 days advanced notice, you may use your registration costs as credit toward a future event in the next 30 days.

  • No Shows:  Sorry!  No refunds or credits will apply for registered guests who no show for their scheduled event.

  • Late Registration:  Last minute add-on guests are welcome.  However, due to last minute orders and preparation to accommodate a late registrant, an additional $10 is required to cover these additional costs.  Last minute registration available no later than 24 hours before the party or workshop.

  • We recommend that participants arrive five minutes early.  Extended time will not be granted to those that arrive late.  If more than fifteen minutes late, the participant may join in, but instruction will not be repeated or interrupted.  Every attempt will be made to ensure that even late participants can complete their project, but flow of instructions will be focused at group's pace. 

  • Decorations are welcome.  Host will be responsible for cleaning up outside food, drink, and decorations after their scheduled event.

  • Food and Drink are welcome.  Peace of HeART is not licensed to serve alcoholic beverages, but you are welcome to BYOB.  Hosts are responsible for clean-up of outside items after their event.
